David Ochieng FCIArb

David Ochieng FCIArb heads the firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, he has represented clients in over 150 arbitration proceedings.

David was admitted to the Kenya Bar in 2007 and became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) in 2015. He holds an LLB from Moi University and a Diploma in International Arbitration from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

He has appeared before the High Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court of Kenya, and has served as both counsel and arbitrator in domestic and international arbitrations under NCIA, ICC, and LCIA rules.
